사소 스튜디오는 게임과 그 운영을 지탱하는 도구를 만드는 개발 스튜디오입니다. 기획부터 구현·검수·배포·운영까지 직접 만듭니다.

일하는 방식은 세 마디로 요약됩니다 — 만들고, 검증하고, 공개한다.

  • 만든다: 아이디어를 빠르게 최소 기능으로 만들어 실사용으로 판정합니다. 답이 없는 프로젝트는 미련 없이 정리하고 회고를 남깁니다.
  • 검증한다: 에이전트든 사람이든 “됐습니다”라는 주장을 믿지 않고 상태를 직접 확인합니다. 이 원칙으로 오픈소스 도구(AgentRoom)까지 만들었습니다.
  • 공개한다: 만드는 과정에서 배운 것과 부서진 것을 이 사이트의 Dev Log에 그대로 기록합니다.

Saso Studio is a development studio building games and the tooling that keeps them running — planning, building, reviewing, shipping, and operating everything in-house.

Three words sum up how the studio works — build, verify, publish.

  • Build: ship a minimal core fast, judge it by real use, and close projects that don’t earn their place — with a postmortem every time.
  • Verify: never trust “done” claims, from agents or from ourselves; check the actual state. That principle became an open-source tool (AgentRoom).
  • Publish: everything we learn (and break) along the way goes into the Dev Log on this site.
